STARDOG FREE - SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

AGREEMENT: BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY THE LICENSE KEY YOU ARE PROVIDED BY STARDOG. IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUR EMPLOYER, THEN YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY AUTHORITY TO DO SO ON YOUR EMPLOYER’S BEHALF.
Stardog Enterprise Agreement
Back to legal STARDOG ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT This Stardog Enterprise Agreement incorporates the terms and conditions set forth in any Order Form or other exhibits or addenda referenced herein. The term “Customer” includes any entity that is an Affiliate, as defined below, of the initial Customer. 1. LICENSES a. Hosted Services License. In accordance with the terms of an Order Form, the “Hosted Services License”grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right and license to access and use, solely for its internal businesspurposes, the product(s), on a hosted basis, specified in an Order Form and the accompanying user documentation (“Documentation”) for such product(s).

CLICKING “I AGREE” OR OTHERWISE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING AND/OR USING THE SERVICE OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF ESTABLISHES A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AS THE PERSON ACCESSING AND USING THE SERVICE, EITHER ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR ANY THIRD-PARTY ENTITY (“YOU” OR “LICENSEE”) AND STARDOG UNION (“STARDOG”).
Stardog Cloud Essentials and Free Subscription Agreement
Back to legal CLOUD SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT STARDOG CLOUD ESSENTIALS AGREEMENT PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THIS STARDOG CLOUD ESSENTIALS AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) BEFORE YOU CLICK ON THE “ACCEPT” BUTTON OR DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE STARDOG CLOUD ESSENTIALS SERVICE (THE “SERVICE”). CLICKING “ACCEPT” OR DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE SERVICE ESTABLISHES A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN STARDOG UNION (“STARDOG”) AND (i) YOU AS AN INDIVIDUAL, AND (ii) ANY ENTITY THAT EMPLOYS YOU, THAT YOU REPRESENT, OR THAT USES THE SERVICE AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACTIONS (COLLECTIVELY, “CUSTOMER”).
Stardog Acacemy Training Services
Applicability For Customers who have a current Software License Agreement (“SLA”) with Stardog, that SLA as supplemented by these Terms and Conditions will govern those Customers’ use of the Training Services. For Customers purchasing SATS using a credit card or ACH bank transfer, the following terms and conditions will govern those Customers’ purchase and use of the Training Services. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, but only the version current at the time of purchase will apply to the Customer.
Software License Agreement
BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUR EMPLOYER, THEN YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY AUTHORITY TO AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT ON YOUR EMPLOYER’S BEHALF. This agreement is between Stardog Union, a Delaware corporation (Stardog), and the customer entering into this agreement (Customer). The Stardog software, modifications, enhancements, documentation, and license keys provided to Customer (Software) are licensed and are not sold.
